• Poppaeus – brother in law to Caesar, owner of House of Menander
• Sotericus – baker (shop owner)
• Versus – surveyor
• Asellina – bar owner (thermoplium)
• Felix – business woman, property owner
• N. Popidius Priscus - baker

The guests were served Pepones et Melones and Gustum de Praecoquis to start with and then went on to Pullus Fusilis, Vitellina Fricta, In Mitulis, Sarda Ita Fit and Scillas. Yes, it was a "reef and beef" style theme (with a bit of chook thrown in).
